Tenhex's product family was developed with our philosophy to product design. As a company established by an organic growth model, we decided to apply this approach to our product. Incorporating our philosophy to design and engineering, we sought to establish a greater body of product that could be be used and built upon like modular building blocks. Each product was designed to establish a foundation for any product development group to easily integrate our product in their design cycle. Our intention is to provide a product that accomplishes the base level engineering for our clients. An Example of TH6626

TH6626 is a thermally conductive Printed Circuit Board (PCB) material. The patent pending technology for the TH6626 was forged from the necessity to create a thermally conductive PCB material that resolved all issues associated with glass based (FR type and high TG material like IS410), metal core (MCPCB) and ceramic based substrates. Tenhex has invented a completely new material that incorporates the positive attributes of all substrate paradigms, while absolving all of the negative attributes in the process.

THHC is a thermally conductive electrically isolated high power LED module designed on the patent pending Tenhex TH6626 technology. The concept behind a THHC LED module is to provide a modular base level product that can be arranged by a designer to establish their own configuration of LED elements in any desired array. Because the THHC paradigm is not based on aluminum clad printed circuit board material (MCPCB) the product out performs its competition.

THHS is our advanced heat sink technology applied to a product family supporting the THHC product line. The THHS was designed as an Injection molded part for the benefit of providing a high performance product with reduced manufacturing cost. The objective of the THHS is to establish a product that could be easily selected and integrated into the design requirements of our customers products. Each THHS module was developed to meet ultra high thermal performance specifications while retaining an innovative approach to manufacturing. Applying alternative materials and innovating processes to heat sink manufacturing enabled us to provide our customers with a reduced part cost while maintaining high performance characteristics for the product.
